Throwing this together at the last minute so I can say I technically finished the system in time for the Finish Your Damn RPG (Jam). It's incredibly sloppy and very much not up to my standards, but I am completely, unremittingly, 100% out of time. I'll be coming back to this as soon as I can (after my vacation next week) to clean things up and really actually finish with this stuff.
